The Rebellion is your neighborhood restaurant, locally owned and operated and opened
in revolt to the way fast food is done.

We were sick of over-priced food made from mediocre ingredients. We wanted more
options when it came to delivery. We were tired of restaurants that only care about the
bottom line. We were finished hoping for healthy options or social or environmental
awareness from the national companies.

The Rebellion is a revolution against all of this. We make the best tasting pizzas, burgers,
salads and sides Denver has to offer, all of which are available for delivery or carry out.

We make our pizza dough and sauce from scratch on location with premium ingredients
like organic flour, organic sugar, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, to name a few. And
for nearly every meat option we also offer a vegan meatless alternative.

Yet we keep our prices reasonable so anyone can enjoy our full menu.
